Stroud Festival of Manufacturing and Engineering to be opened by The Prince of Wales
Stroud MP Neil Carmichael is looking forward to welcoming His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales to open the Stroud Festival of Manufacturing and Engineering at the FESTOMANE 2014: Creation and Innovation Revealed exhibition later this month.
His Royal Highness will meet stallholders from over thirty local companies and organisations from the local engineering and manufacturing sector, along with pupils from schools around the Stroud constituency who have been taking part in the FRijj and Technology Challenges in the run-up to FESTOMANE.
Neil Carmichael MP said: “I am delighted that His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales will be joining us to open this year’s Stroud Festival of Manufacturing and Engineering.
“The Stroud Valleys and Vale’s engineering and manufacturing heritage and future is second to none, and I look forward to celebrating this during FESTOMANE 2014.”
